an Installation Delivery Executive This role involves ensuring high-quality service delivery and managing all aspects of installations for ISPs by coordinating proactively. It requires managing expectations, driving internal teams, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers to meet business goals and deliver excellent customer service.

You’ll earn a salary of

up to £35,000, plus a performance bonus and benefits supporting your financial, physical, and mental wellbeing.

Your key responsibilities include: Managing installation forecasts and collaborating with partners to meet regional and city targets Providing reports on service performance and improvement plans Monitoring and mitigating risks to meet service targets and customer satisfaction Managing resource scheduling via workforce management systems Building relationships with clients, teams, and suppliers Handling customer installation issues efficiently to minimize delays and meet KPIs What you’ll bring to the role Experience in service delivery, coordination, and relationship-building, with: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and ServiceNow Background in Telecoms, Construction, or Utilities A proactive, resourceful attitude and confident task management Strong time management skills for a fast-paced environment Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging We’re recognized as a Times Top 50 Employer for Gender Equality.
