Demand continues to increase, and the business is now looking to appoint an experienced sales professional to support the next stage of development.
The Opportunity
You’ll be responsible for managing kitchen and bathroom sales from enquiry through to completion, working with customers planning considered home-improvement projects.
The approach is consultative and professional. Time is taken to understand what the customer actually needs, and solutions are built around what works best for them. Sales are won through knowledge, trust and good service rather than pressure or hard-sell tactics.
Alongside retail customers, you’ll also have the opportunity to work with trade customers, contractors and housebuilders who use the business to support their own projects, adding depth and variety to the role over time.

About You
You’re an experienced kitchen or bathroom sales professional from a home-improvement environment who takes a consultative, customer-first approach.
You enjoy understanding customer needs, guiding decisions and building long-term relationships. You’re commercially minded and motivated by results, but you value reputation, quality and doing things properly.
You’re looking for a role that offers security today, strong earnings and the opportunity to grow your career as the business develops.
Earnings and Reward
• Competitive basic salary up to £35,000 depending on experience
• Uncapped commission paid quarterly
