Our client is seeking a motivated Trades & Labour Recruitment Consultant with 12+ months of 360 recruitment experience to join their growing Birmingham office.
As part of a national recruitment agency with offices in Kent, London, Reading, Bristol, and Birmingham, youll benefit from contracts with tier 1 residential builders, major PLC main contractors, and over 1,000 active accountsgiving you the platform to develop a high-performing, successful desk.
Whats on offer?
* The best blue-collar commission structure in the UK:
o Billings of £4k£15k: 20%
o Billings over £15k: 22.5%
Package:
* Basic salary: £30,000£40,000 (DOE)
