Project Quantity Surveyor | High-End Interiors & Refurbishment | Central London
Join a well-established, design-led interiors contractor delivering high-quality commercial and bespoke interior projects across London.
They operate at the detail-driven end of the market, working closely with clients, designers and construction teams to deliver technically demanding interior and refurbishment schemes. Their work is hands-on, fast-moving and quality-focused - not corporate, not volume-led.
With a strong pipeline and a growing team, they're now looking to appoint a Project Quantity Surveyor to support live projects and work closely with the Construction Director.
The Role
This is a hands-on Project QS role, combining office-based commercial control with regular site involvement.
You will:
• Take commercial ownership of interior and refurbishment projects
• Manage cost reporting, valuations and variations across live schemes
• Prepare and maintain accurate cost plans, forecasts and CVRs
• Work closely with the Construction Director, site teams and subcontractors
• Support procurement and subcontractor package management
• Be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from early cost input through to final account
• Operate across both office and site environments, staying close to delivery

• Project Quantity Surveyor (intermediate to senior level)
• Hands-on background - comfortable on site as well as commercially
• Strong experience with cost reporting, variations and live project control
• Background in interiors, refurbishment or similar delivery-focused environments
• Commercially aware, practical and delivery-driven
• Someone who thrives in a smaller, close-knit contractor rather than a corporate setup
• Looking for a long-term, permanent role (not freelance)
