Job Title: Quality Oversight & Compliance Manager
CK Group is recruiting for a Quality Oversight & Compliance Manager to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 6 months initially.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Driving improvements to existing processes.
2. Supporting the implementation and monitoring of initiatives related to pan-regulatory information and processes (e.g., Manufacturing, Regulatory Strategy, CMC, Submissions, Translation) globally through data reporting and metrics analysis.
3. Collaborating with global delivery teams to improve quality and compliance associated with regulatory processes and product/license information.
4. Identifying procedural and compliance gaps and establishing/remediating plans to close these gaps.
5. Supporting and driving initiatives to improve inspection readiness, audit preparedness, and training compliance.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Experience in leading investigations and managing CAPA plans.
2. Strong knowledge of drug development, Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Strategy, and Submissions Management.
3. Proven ability to adapt project management skills within dynamic environments.
4. Understanding of systems and electronic technologies supporting regulatory and submission processes.
5. Ability to translate data into actionable information for decision-making.
6. Experience in managing change with key stakeholders.
7. Leadership skills to influence colleagues and ensure project delivery on time and to quality standards.
8. Proven aptitude in project management.
