Workshop Administrator
Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
Location: Croydon, CR0 3RL

What you'll be doing;
Upload service documentation onto the fleet system.
Book meetings, take minute meetings and resolve all customer queries.
Coordinate and control the maintenance activity and servicing schedules for the workshop.
Conduct visitor and contractor inductions.
Ensure all fleet vehicle files are maintained and accurate daily.
Carry out financial administration, invoicing and raise any purchase orders required.
The above are a summary of main duties only, other duties may be required to meet the changing nature of operational activities.
What we're looking for;
Good computer skills, with demonstrable knowledge of Google business and with a desirable knowledge of Workday.
Previous administration experience
Numerate and literate to GCSE standards and possess an enthusiastic and meticulous approach to work.
Excellent communication skills, and ability to work alone, as well as part of a team.
Possession of technical knowledge of truck parts would also be considered an advantage as would previous experience in Waste Management Vehicles.
You must be willing to undertake any training required to learn new methods and skills.
