Job Title: Care Assistant Days
Salary: £13.31ph / £12.31ph for 18-21 year olds
Hours: 1 Part Time Permanent Contract (7.30am-7.30pm, alternate 2-3 shifts per week, including every Sunday working)
Role Responsibilities as a Care Assistant
You will join our team of dedicated Care Assistants to provide the highest possible level of care in supporting and assisting our residents in all aspects of daily living, including providing personal care and support with daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating. You will promote our resident's independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect, alongside promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing. You will complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, ensuring that 90% and above is achieved during all Monthly Daily Charts Audits. Ensure you are 100% current with all your mandatory training throughout the year.
Role Requirements as a Care Assistant
* Clear motivations and/or relevant experience
* Reside 20 minutes or less near to the care home
* Ability to work under pressure
* Written and oral communication skills
* A caring and nurturing attitude
* A positive and enthusiastic mindset
* Time management and organisational skills
