About the Position
We’re seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how audiences experience High Performance on YouTube and social media platforms for our shows.
This role involves more than managing posts; it includes identifying compelling podcast moments, utilizing AI tools to clip and enhance content, and building an inspiring digital presence that impacts lives.
You should have proven experience managing multiple social channels, video editing, AI content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial skills are essential for creating engaging, motivational content that elevates our brand. A deep understanding of content trends and what resonates with audiences is also crucial.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute multi-channel content strategies to increase visibility, engagement, and growth.
* Edit and clip videos using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, ensuring alignment with podcast tone and style.
* Optimize YouTube channels for growth through content optimization, compelling titles, thumbnails, and platform features.
* Create and curate content with AI tools, maintaining a consistent visual and editorial brand.
* Schedule and upload content across platforms in line with marketing plans and partner needs.
* Write engaging copy using AI, maintaining a consistent tone that reflects each podcast's values.
* Manage community engagement by monitoring comments and messages to foster a positive audience environment.
* Analyze performance metrics and provide reports to inform strategy refinement.
Skills & Experience
* Successful track record in managing and growing social media and YouTube channels.
* Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics.
* Proficiency in video editing (Adobe Premiere, AI tools like Opus) and analytics platforms.
* Experience in graphic design and creating engaging visual content.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing deadlines and content priorities.
