Our work is both cyclical and varied by nature one week you may be focussed on Payroll processing and checking, the next you may have a mix of contractual changes or pension submissions to process. Customer contact, predominantly through our HR Service Desk contact portal, will play a big part of your day to day role taking ownership of queries and resolving, problem solving or escalating these where required. Office Attendance This role is contractually based at Temple Quay House, Bristol which is currently out of use due to undergoing refurbishment work. In the interim, we have the use of 2 additional office spaces pending refurbishment of Temple Quay House - both in very close proximity to Bristol Temple Meads Railway station. During the period of refurbishment in person attendance is required for a minimum of 1 day per month, however this will increase to at least an average of 1 day per week over the coming months with the potential to increase further post Temple Quay House refurbishment.
