Logistics Administrator – Wellesbourne Full time/Permanent Salary: £28,572 Working hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm with an occasional shift of 10:00am – 6:30pm Free parking on site Fun and friendly team Close to amenities What you will be doing Managing Customer Logistical Order fulfilment process Creation of internal and external customer pick lists for the warehouse Consulting daily with warehouse, management team, supply chain and other departments where necessary Arranging internal and external Customers’ shipments with Logistics Service Providers, monitor and manage to ensure internal and external SLA is achieved Management of all Vendor related Operational invoices Create, process, and lock Operational and Transport invoices daily, weekly, and monthly as required Respond to general enquiries from management, employees, and clients inside and outside of the company within a set SLA Maintain focus on job relevant KPIs and ensures that they are met consistently Prepare reports and provide record-keeping, using specialised software when necessary Prepare and manages internal and external correspondence Ensure that all delivery paperwork is filed and stored correctly Provide administrative support to all areas within the office What we are looking for Strong organisational skills – able to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation. Attention to detail – essential for processing orders, invoices, and delivery paperwork without errors. Excellent communication skills – confident interacting with suppliers, logistics partners, internal teams, and customers. Proficiency in logistics and ERP systems – such as SAP, Oracle, or WMS platforms for order processing and stock management. Data entry and record ‑keeping accuracy – maintaining logs, updating systems, and filing documents correctly. Problem ‑solving ability – handling delivery issues, delays, or inventory discrepancies quickly and professionally. Time management – ensuring SLA commitments are met for shipments, invoicing, and customer requests. Understanding of supply chain processes – knowledge of shipping, warehousing, transportation, and inventory workflows. Administrative competency – creating reports, preparing correspondence, and maintaining office coordination. Team collaboration – working closely with warehouse teams, transport planners, customer service, and management. Numeracy skills – useful for invoicing, stock counts, and basic financial accuracy. Adaptability – able to work in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities. IT literacy – confident with Excel, Outlook, and other office productivity tools.
