Internal Sales Co-Ordinator

Purpose
As Internal Sales Co-Ordinator, you would be the single point of contact internally for our key customers responsible for providing best in class service responding to all enquiries, quote requests and general communication in line with the agreed KPI's. As part of the customer journey, it is vital that a customer knows who to speak to at Bull Products, both internally & externally, and builds up that relationship so they have confidence in what Bull provide which is the best product and service on the market.
Role Tasks:
· Enquiries
· Quote customers (Call off orders, Plans, Survey, Hire, Service recommendations)
· Convert quotes to orders
· Book in deliveries (Including Export)
· Handle delivery, POD queries, off hires
· Customer satisfaction call
· Handle and manage customer collections
· FRA's – handle inbound enquiry
· Invoicing of all sales and handle any invoice queries
· Manage central sales inbox
Desirable Qualifications, Key Skills and Experience
· Have the hunger and appetite to develop your career in sales
· Experience of working with Microsoft Outlook is essential
· Good relationship building & telephone skills
· Good time management skills & can work in a fast-paced environment
· Work in an effective process driven manner with attention to detail
· Previous experience of working with and selling a technical product would be advantageous
· Previous sales coordinator experience would be advantageous
· Previous experience of working with Netsuite / Oracle would be advantageous

Pay: £24,420.00-£38,439.38 per year
