Office-based – GL2 Area | Occasional Local Home Visits
We’re seeking an Executive Assistant for a well-established business. This is providing both professional and personal support to a busy executive, ensuring every detail is handled efficiently, confidentially, and with professionalism.

Responsibilities as Executive Assistant to the Chairman:
Business Support:
* Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Chairman, managing a busy calendar and scheduling all appointments.
* Handle printing, preparation, and collation of business-critical documents and reports.
* Manage and reconcile expenses accurately, keeping meticulous financial records.
* Research and book business networking events, conferences, and tickets.
* Act as a trusted gatekeeper for all correspondence and communications.
* Uphold the strictest confidentiality at all times across all matters.
Personal Assistance:
* Manage personal appointments, travel arrangements, and ad-hoc errands.
* Liaise with property letting companies regarding payments and administrative matters.
* Provide support with household administration when required.
* Conduct occasional home visits within the local GL2 area to provide direct support.
