Site Technical Services Manager (4month FTC)
Join Chivas Brothers as the Site Technical Services Manager on a 4‑month Fixed‑Term Contract. This role oversees a team of engineers and manages contractor activity at the Kilmalid site, ensuring plant and site services equipment meets performance, compliance, and business continuity objectives.

Key Responsibilities
* People Leadership – manage and develop a highly skilled team of technicians, set KPIs, conduct performance management and provide emergency 24/7 support when required.
* Technical Expertise – act as the site technical expert, guide technicians and contractors on mechanical, civil and electrical maintenance, manage spares and use CMMS to record compliance.
* Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration – control on‑site work processes, engage stakeholders, plan maintenance outages and support CAPEX projects.
* Budget Control – manage and control revenue spend for maintenance and reactive works, providing financial oversight.
* Compliance – maintain engineering systems, procedures and maintenance practices, ensuring statutory compliance and proper documentation.
* Continuous Improvement – identify opportunities for asset capability and engineering compliance, lead projects to deliver business benefits, and prolong asset life.
Qualifications
* HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services engineering.
* Demonstrable experience in a similar role with strong technical knowledge.
* Experience leading high‑performing teams, setting KPIs and driving achievement of objectives.
* Experience managing high‑volume contractors, permits, LOTO and SSOW processes.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Computer literacy and familiarity with business process systems, e.g., CMMS.
* IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent certification.
