Responsibilities
* Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into HR initiatives.
* Provide advice and guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
* Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback cycles.
* Drive employee engagement, culture development, and change management initiatives.
* Advise on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters in compliance with employment law.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
* Support learning & development initiatives to strengthen leadership and team capabilities.
* Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management for decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal HR policies.
Essential Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Typically 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner or HR generalist role.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Experience advising and influencing senior stakeholders.
* Familiarity with HRIS systems and data-driven HR decision-making.
