Hierarchy Support Services are seeking a skilled and passionate Service Manager to join our team in Durham. We provide supported living and housing support services to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, enabling them to live fulfilling, independent lives.
As Service Manager, you will lead by example — ensuring our service users receive the highest standard of person-centred care while supporting your team to thrive in their roles. You will balance front-line management with essential back-office responsibilities, ensuring compliance, quality, and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for:
* A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care Management (or equivalent)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and/or mental health needs
* Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and develop a team
* Excellent knowledge of person-centred support and a genuine passion for promoting independence and dignity
* The ability to ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential)

* Provide leadership and management to ensure high-quality, safe, and person-centred care
* Support staff to build strong relationships with service users, encouraging independence and social inclusion
* Oversee care planning, risk assessments, audits, and compliance reporting
* Promote and uphold the values of Hierarchy Support Services in every decision and action
* Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and external stakeholders
