Accounts Payable Assistant – South Lanarkshire
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum
Location: South Lanarkshire (Office-based, 5 days per week)
Working Hours: Full-time (+early finishes on a Friday)

We’re currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join a well-established organisation based in South Lanarkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role within the finance function, processing invoices, managing supplier queries, and supporting month-end tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
* Processing high-volume purchase invoices
* Matching, batching, and coding invoices
* Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
* Assisting with payment runs
* Handling supplier queries and maintaining strong relationships
* Supporting with month-end reporting as required
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
* Proficiency in MS Excel and finance systems
