Care Check is one of the UK's leading providers of DBS, Media and Right to Work Checks. In addition we provide Digital Identity verification and Employment/Education Screening.
We are looking to add an additional full time Customer Service Representative/Counter-signatory to the team in Evesham.
The ideal candidate must possess exceptional customer service skills, have a confident telephone manner, be computer literate and have knowledge of Excel, Word and Quickbooks basic accounts. They would also need to be willing to learn about our electronic DBS systems, DBS legislation, Social Media Checks and Right To Work Checks.
As the nature of our business is highly secure the candidate would have to honour the discretion of the company and its clients, and be able to deal with people that are often irate or under pressure via telephone, chat and email.
Our office is very busy and we are always having to meet deadlines, so the candidate would have to have exceptional organisational and time management skills. They must also be able to work as part of a team and be able to use their own initiative.
The ideal candidate will be a good multi tasker, and be able to prioritise their workload to keep our business flowing and our clients contented with the 5 star customer service they have become used to.
The candidate would have to be willing to get involved with every aspect of our work and the role would be quite varied. There would be several main duties which would include:
1. The day to day administration of DBS checks.
2. Talking to clients about DBS legislation and advising them on DBS process.
3. Tracking applications and chasing police forces for results.
4. Speaking on the telephone to potential new clients about our service.
The candidate would need to be confident, patient and have a good sense of humour. They must also be honest and reliable and show determination to succeed and develop the business alongside their team members.
Strong education (GCSEs grade A - C/ 9-4 to include Maths and English) administration experience and/or customer service experience are essential.
Job type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: Starting salary £24,000 - £30,000 per annum
Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays and receive your Birthday off
