Part-Time Administration Officer (Student Services)

Location: L18 area, Ofsted Rated Good School
Contract: Fixed term (1 year), Term-time only, Part-time (18 hours per week, Wed-Fri, 8:30 am - 3:15 pm)
Salary: £11,247 - £11,982 pa (£13.58 - £14.47 ph DOE)
Duration: Fixed term with potential to become permanent
Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an Ofsted Rated Good Secondary School in the L18 area. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Administration Officer (Student Services) to join a close-knit and supportive team. This is a part-time role working Wednesday to Friday during term time, forming part of a job share. The role will suit a well-organised administrator with excellent communication skills, who can support students' day-to-day needs and ensure efficient, accurate administration across the school.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in administration (school-based desirable)
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and respond effectively to student and parent queries
Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data systems
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
First aid training (or willingness to train)
