In this role, you’ll: Deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of students with a variety of learning requirements, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH. Collaborate with support staff, SENCOs, and families to ensure a consistent and caring approach. Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels encouraged and supported.
