An exciting opportunity has arisen for multiple Quantity Surveying professionals to join a growing and highly regarded Cost Consultancy delivering major infrastructure projects across the UK.
Opportunities are available at Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor, and Managing Quantity Surveyor level, offering the chance to play a key role on a newly secured framework agreement with a long-term client.

The business operates a flexible hybrid working model, with roles able to be based from Cambridge, Peterborough, or Lincoln, alongside project/client travel where required.
The Opportunity
You will support the commercial delivery of major infrastructure projects, working closely with clients and project teams across the full project lifecycle.
The business is looking for commercially aware professionals who are proactive, solutions-focused, and confident communicators, capable of building strong working relationships across both internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates from both consultancy and contractor backgrounds will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Managing project costs and commercial performance
Administering NEC contracts
Cost reporting and forecasting
Managing change control and compensation events
Supporting procurement and tendering activities
Building strong client and stakeholder relationships
Providing commercial advice across project delivery teams
Identifying commercial risks and opportunities
Supporting successful delivery across framework projects
Requirements
Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor, or Managing Quantity Surveyor within infrastructure projects
Strong NEC contract experience is essential
Infrastructure sector experience is essential
Water or utilities sector experience would be highly advantageous
Background working for either a consultancy or contractor
Proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Flexible to travel across office and project locations on a hybrid basis
