We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant. This role is flexible and can be based at any of our Cafcass Offices. Responsibilities
* Support our Principal Social Worker and Assistant Director (Performance and Quality Assurance), ensuring Cafcass continues to provide exceptional services for children in court proceedings.
* Work collaboratively with colleague Executive Assistants in carrying out key responsibilities, including diary and email management, and ensuring all Directors are aware of essential priorities and communications.
* Provide a comprehensive administrative service for the Senior Practice Leaders team, the Operational Management Team and other senior management meetings, coordinating and distributing relevant documentation in a timely manner, noting key actions, monitoring and tracking the status of all agreed actions, and producing progress reports and updates as required.
Qualifications
* Private office and/or administrative support to senior leader desired.
* Highly organised and responsive with proven ability to prioritise competing tasks and deadlines and manage own time efficiently.
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, able to prioritise work allocated effectively and make routine decisions autonomously.
* Confident and competent in using a range of IT tools, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Access and Publisher.
