* Monitor assets in real time, including managing the 24/7 control room and team, to enable constant incident management, reduce risk exposure, maximise asset availability and revenue, and implement improvements to existing service offerings.
* Recruit, manage, develop, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve high performance.
* Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and lead innovation projects using techniques such as artificial intelligence and machine learning.
* Develop and implement best practices for control room operations, alarm management, incident management, and asset performance monitoring.
* Establish and maintain best practices for OT cyber security and connectivity solutions, ensuring OT architecture and tools align with business needs.
* Contribute to the creation and execution of strategic and operational plans for activities.
* Facilitate coordination and communication between business units and global support functions.

Here's what we’re looking for:

* Relevant degree or significant experience in Electrical, Controls, Process, or Systems Engineering

* Knowledge of energy and system service markets; understanding asset interactions is a plus
* Experience managing multiple stakeholders and leading teams
* Skilled in operating energy assets and SCADA control systems
* Strong data analysis skills; proficient with OSI PI, Power BI, and Excel
