Job Overview
We are seeking to hire a Part Time Administrative Assistant to work our afternoon shift of 1.00 pm pm Monday to Friday to help manage the administrative processes in this newly developed crematorium. As a new crematorium, we are looking to hire a professional and empathetic administrator to help manage the administrative processes.
Duties include:- Greeting visitors to the Crematorium, providing information on the facility as required,
Establishing efficient procedures for the smooth running of the crematorium. Processing sensitive information and legal documentation in regards to cremation. Communicating with clients, ensuring services confirmed with clients and/or Funeral Directors.
Key requirements :- The successful candidate must possess Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task managing a number of different tasks at any one time.
Must possess and empathtic manner, able to read situations and respond accordingly in a calm way. Previous experience in a caring profession is preferred, however full training will be given.
Proficient in Office 365 and Excel. Knowledge of marketing, sharepoint and social media would be useful.
The successful candidate must be presentable and professional - uniform will be provided. Flexibility re hours may be required to cover holiday and/or sickness.
The Full-Time Salary offered is £26,000 per annum, so the pro-rated salary offered for the Part-Time Role is £13,000 per annum.
