Fram Professionals is working with a vibrant and growing manufacturing business that is looking to engage with an Accounts Assistant or Assistant Finance Manager to provide maternity cover on a one-year fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on position where the successful individual will work closely with the senior team and gain exposure to a broad range of finance activities in a supportive environment. The role covers the preparation of monthly management accounts, assisting with statutory filings, maintaining robust financial controls, and ensuring reporting deadlines are met. Working alongside a Finance Director, the successful individual will be supported with the more complex areas of finance while taking responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the accounts function. This opportunity would suit someone who holds an AAT qualification as a minimum and who is confident in producing management accounts or has been involved in the process as part of a broader finance role.
