We're now looking for a highly organised Fulfilment & Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day fulfilment operations, while also providing outstanding support to our customers.
Manage multiple daily voucher print runs and ensure timely, accurate dispatch of postal orders
Pick, pack and ship customer orders with precision
Provide first-class support to customers, resolving product queries quickly and professionally
Learn our software systems and use them to set up voucher websites for customers
Strong attention to detail and quality-driven approach
Good knowledge of websites and the internet (desirable, not essential)
