Job Description:
We are currently seeking Production Operatives to join our client in Stockton-on-Tees. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing and production processes, ensuring the smooth operation and timely delivery of our products.
* Location: Stockton-on-Tees
* Position:Production Operative (Nights)
* Type:Temporary to Permanent Position
* Salary:£12.39 per hour
Job Duties:
* Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
* Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to production schedules.
* Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required standards.
* Pack and label finished products for shipment or storage.
* Assist with inventory management and stock control.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
* Follow health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised work area
Experience:
* Prior experience in a similar role within manufacturing or production is not essential as all training is provided.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Basic mathematical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Working Conditions:
As a Production Operative, you will primarily work in a manufacturing facility. The role may require standing for extended periods, lifting objects, and working in noisy environments.
