Recruitment Consultant
We are looking for an energetic and hard-working junior consultant/project manager to join our team for a short-term contract to support on one of our large graduate hiring programmes.
The role requires you to be a part of the Freshminds team, working alongside another consultant, to help deliver on the hiring of our client’s (a leading boutique investment bank) graduate programme.
What you’ll be doing:
* Screening applications for suitable candidates
* Conducting interviews
* Organising networking events
* Contributing to the shortlisting of candidates of the highest calibre
What you need:
* A university degree (undergraduate or higher)
* Personable, friendly phone manner
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong verbal and written communication
Details:
Start date: 25th August 2025
End date: 10th November
Day rate: £140-£200 PAYE (dependent on experience)
