 
        
        Bright Selection are working with a luxury care provider to appoint an Accounts Assistant to support their growing team.
The position is on-site but offers flexibility for full or part-time hours, including school hours.
The Role
This is a hands-on position offering exposure across all areas of transactional finance. You'll play an important part in ensuring accuracy, efficiency and integrity across the company's financial operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing purchase and sales invoices and managing payment runs
Supporting payroll and maintaining up-to-date employee and payment records
Completing bank reconciliation and resolving ledger queries
Assisting with month-end reporting and management accounts preparation
Working collaboratively with internal teams to maintain smooth financial processes
Supporting the development of systems and procedures as the organisation grows 
Ideal candidate
We're seeking a detail-focused, proactive Accounts Assistant who enjoys working within a small, friendly finance team. You'll be confident handling a varied workload and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Essential skills and experience:
Previous experience in a similar accounts or finance role
Working knowledge of Sage
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Strong organisational and communication skills
AAT qualified or studying towards AAT
