Teaching Assistant - Year 3 Gorton, Manchester Full-Time | 12-Month Contract Competitive Pay (DOE)
Role:We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school in Gorton for a committed Teaching Assistant to support a Year 3 class. You will work closely with the class teacher, supporting learning, behaviour, and pupil development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support whole-class learning and small groups
* Provide 1:1 support where needed
* Assist with classroom management
* Help create a positive learning environment
Requirements:
* Experience in a primary school (KS2 desirable)
* Strong communication skills
* Patient, proactive, and reliable
* TA qualification (Level 2/3) desirable
