The Role
Hello Notting Hill! Oseyo Here! We are looking for passionate people to become part of our Notting Hill branch! Training will be conducted in a nearby branch in London until store opening.
Day to day duties include:
* Providing excellent service in every interaction with our customers, delivering great shopping experiences, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
* Operating till transactions securely and accurately based on till operational procedures.
* Receiving, processing, and organising store deliveries which includes moving potentially heavy boxes up and down flights of stairs.
* Ensuring that products are displayed and replenished in line with the Company’s standards and the compliance with First-In-First-Out stock rotation system.
* Maintaining knowledge of store products to provide advice and recommendations to customers as needed.
* Assisting customers in locating desired items.
* Handling food products and ensuring food hygiene and safety standards are complied with.
* Maintaining Health and Safety standards.
* General cleaning and maintenance of the shop.
Requirements
* Minimum three days availability (21 hours) per week.
* Statutory Sick pay
