We have a great Business Assistant/Office Administrator role within the London branch of a global Commercial Real Estate firm in Mayfair. This is an all-encompassing challenge for the right candidate!
You must have at least 8 years experience as an EA/Business Assistant and working within Real Estate or Private Equity is essential. It's a fast-paced, exciting environment, and everyone at the company works together, they work hard and no two days will ever feel the same. The role is varied and they want someone flexible, has acute attention to detail, and loves what they do. You will need to take ownership of your tasks and provide the very best support to your team.
The role:

1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, organising meetings, and handling correspondence.
2. Prepare and edit documents, manage travel arrangements, and support ad-hoc tasks. Coordinate and manage office operations to ensure a well organised and efficient work environment.
3. Handle basic IT support tasks and work with the appointed IT vendor to troubleshoot technical issues.
