Personal Injury Solicitor, 3+ PQE, GBP 40,000 to GBP 55,000, Devon.
This law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor with upwards of 3 years' PQE. A typical day will see the successful candidate running a full case load of Personal Injury matters, with a particular focus on dealing with RTA's, employment liability and public liability claims. The successful Personal Injury Lawyer will be expected to run their caseload under minimal supervision from initial instruction through to settlement. You will be a team player with a genuine "can do" attitude and a proven track record of taking initiative in your previous roles. You should possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike.
Responsibilities
* Run a full caseload of Personal Injury matters.
* Handle cases involving RTA's, employment liability and public liability claims.
* Manage cases from initial instruction to settlement with minimal supervision.
* Maintain high standards of client care and communication.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of PQE.
* Proven track record in Personal Injury law.
* Excellent client care and communication skills.
* Team player with a proactive, "can do" attitude.
