We are looking for a product-minded operator to take ownership of the design, evolution and quality of our hyper-practical curriculum. This is not a content role. This is product management applied to education.

Core responsibilities
1. Deliver the curriculum roadmap
* Deliver a clear roadmap of improvements across the eMBA.
* Continuously refine structure, sequencing, and delivery to optimise founder outcomes.
2. Build world-class Masterclass content and programme assets
* Work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers and our videography team to produce exceptional, practical masterclass video content, decks for live sessions and reading lists
* Translate founder problems into actionable learning experiences.
* Ensure every session is concrete, usable and immediately applicable.
3. Design practical assessments
* Create assignments and assessments that drive real-world execution — not essays.
* Ensure founders build meaningful academic credit while building real businesses.
* Design evaluation mechanisms that measure applied progress, not theory recall.
4. Champion AI-first entrepreneurship
* Embed cutting-edge, coherent AI tactics throughout the curriculum.
* Identify tools, workflows and practical applications that give founders asymmetric advantage.
* Ensure AI underpins each module and spirals throughout the programme.
5. Relentless improvement and experimentation
* Use founder feedback, engagement data and traction metrics to iterate.
* Run experiments within modules to improve clarity, energy and impact.
* Raise the bar continuously.
