The Role
As a Classroom Supervisor, you will:
* Deliver pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Manage classroom behaviour in a calm and consistent way
* Ensure students stay on task and complete work set
* Provide support and guidance where needed
* Follow school policies and maintain a structured environment
* Report back to teaching staff on progress and behaviour
You’ll play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning across the school.
