TikTok Videographer, Editor & Content Executive
Located in Milton Keynes, F&F Stores is a rapidly scaling e‑commerce company that first built strong foundations on Amazon and is now looking to expand aggressively into TikTok to capture the next wave of social commerce growth.

We’re launching a brand-new TikTok channel, and we’re looking for a creative, resourceful Videographer, Editor & Content Executive to help us build it from the ground up.
You’ll work directly with our TikTok Sales & Growth Lead to develop the visual identity, content strategy, and creative process that will define our TikTok presence. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where you’ll turn products into stories, trends into sales, and a blank account into a fast‑growing, revenue‑driving channel.

Key Duties
1. Content Creation (short‑form videos)
* Shoot, edit, and publish short‑form TikTok videos that educate, entertain, and sell.
* Turn our products into engaging stories using trending sounds, styles, and authentic creator energy.
* Produce a mix of high‑quality and UGC‑style content optimised for TikTok performance.
* Manage on‑set lighting, sound, and visual setup for daily content production.
2. Live Shopping & Streaming
* Plan, operate, and optimise TikTok Live shopping sessions in collaboration with the Sales & Growth Lead.
* Prepare run‑of‑show scripts, product showcases, and live‑stream setups.
* Support hosts and team members during live events to keep engagement and conversions high.
* Work with the TikTok Sales & Growth Lead to define and execute TikTok content strategy, from posting cadence and tone to creative direction and testing frameworks.
* Help develop systems for content planning, performance tracking, and continuous optimisation.
* Analyse video performance, identify top‑performing ideas, and propose new formats to scale.
* Contribute creative input to campaigns, influencer collaborations, and product launches.
* Partner with marketing, design, and e‑commerce teams to align TikTok content with brand goals.
* Stay on top of emerging TikTok trends, effects, and creator tactics to keep our channel ahead of the curve.
* Bring fresh ideas, energy, and an experimental mindset to every stage of the creative process.
Qualifications
* Proven experience creating TikTok or short‑form social content (portfolio or TikTok account required).
* Strong skills in videography and editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).
* Understanding of TikTok algorithm behaviour, trend cycles, and engagement best practices.
* Experience running or supporting TikTok Live events preferred.
* Excellent sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual detail.
* Self‑starter with strong organisational and communication skills.
* Comfortable on camera or experienced guiding on‑screen talent.
* Motion graphics or light animation skills (CapCut, After Effects, Canva).
* Familiarity with e‑commerce, TikTok Shop, or social commerce platforms.
* Product styling, photography, or creative direction experience.
