Primary Teaching Assistant Wanted in Crowborough, East Sussex!

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join our passionate team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our teachers and helping our students flourish academically and personally.
What You Will Do
* Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering engaging lessons.
* Support students in their learning journey, both academically and emotionally.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to children who need additional assistance.
* Foster a caring and inclusive classroom environment.
* Encourage students to express themselves and engage in classroom activities.
* Monitor and record student progress and report back to teachers.

* Relevant qualifications and/or experience in education (preferred).
