Architectural Technologist
Location: Leeds
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum (Commensurate with Experience)

This opportunity would be ideal for an Architectural Technologist or Senior Technologist with proven experience in the commercial, residential, or mixed-use sectors and who is confident using Revit and AutoCAD to deliver high-quality technical information.

Office: Leeds City Centre
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (with hybrid working 3 days in 2 days working from home)
Duties
* Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications
* Support the delivery of projects from concept through to completion
* Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors
* Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and standards
* Contribute to BIM workflows and model management using Revit
* Assist with planning, tender, and construction documentation
Requirements
* Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent
* Minimum three years' experience in an architectural practice
* CIAT accreditation would be beneficial
* Proficiency in Revit and AutoCad
* Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and awareness of the Building Safety Act
* Confident in liaising with external consultants and coordinating design information
* Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for teamwork and design quality
