Your Experience and Skills:
We require at least 6 months of experience in a UK classroom setting. Your skills should include:
* Assisting students with special educational needs during class and in individual sessions.
* Fostering student participation and emotional health.
* Keeping detailed records of student progress and conduct.
* Building strong rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
* A collaborative, proactive, and solution:focused mindset.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months of experience assisting children with SEN in a UK school environment.
* An Enhanced DBS check (current or ready to be obtained).
* Right to work in the UK.
* Availability Monday:Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
* A dedication to inclusive learning and professional development.
Note: We can only consider candidates with the right to work in the UK and the required experience.
