What You’ll Do as a Reception 1-1 Support Assistant:

1. Deliver focused 1:1 support that helps learning land

2. Keep a young learner engaged, confident, and progressing

3. Bring creativity to phonics, play, and early learning tasks

4. Work with the class teacher to ensure daily wins

What You Need to be a Reception 1-1 Support Assistant:

5. Experience in EYFS or SEND support

6. A calm but proactive mindset

7. Natural rapport with young children

8. Enhanced DBS (or willing to get one)
