What you’ll do
* Develop functional specifications that satisfy requirements
* Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and other stakeholders to review and refine requirements
* Actively address issues; setting priorities when appropriate and escalating issues when needed
* Support production deployment planning
* Perform system validation
* Assist internal stakeholders with ongoing support for applications
What experience you need
* Strong related experience in a Technical BA role
* Experience supporting multiple projects and/or teams in a matrix environment
* Proven ability to manage a project end to end with multiple stakeholder engagement
* Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred
