Suitable applicants should have an excellent knowledge of the Western Australian Curriculum and use a range of contemporary strategies to deliver the curriculum. Ideally applicants will possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, displaying the ability to work collaboratively. They will build positive working relationships with parents and all staff, not just those in their learning phase. They should have the confidence to be willing and able to move across year levels and learning phases, over time.
