The successful candidate will provide essential support during our busiest time of year. This role is focused on processing applications for school bus passes and free travel for students via bespoke databases. No call handling required—just strong data skills and accuracy.
They will input and approve high-volume applications for school transport passes, process and manage student free travel applications and maintain data accuracy across COSA and Flexiroute systems. They will update spreadsheets and assist with general administrative tasks and have proven experience in data entry and administration.
