Business Analyst Demand Planning Macclesfield (Hybrid) - 12 months - £450 p/d (Outside IR35) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major pharmaceutical company on a transformative supply chain programme. This role plays a pivotal part in the evolution of supply chain operations, with a specific focus on demand planning. As the organisation embraces more agile, automated, and data-driven models, youll contribute to the design and deployment of streamlined processes that drive efficiency and enhance decision-making across global operations. This role will see you supporting the development and execution of planning and digital enablement initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful work packages. With demand planning at the core of this transformation, your ability to identify automation opportunities, reduce manual effort, and embed new ways of working into business-as-usual will be key to success. Flexibility is essential, as you'll operate across a variety of initiatives from process redesign to change management and stakeholder engagement. Key Requirements Proven Business Analyst experience within pharmaceutical supply chain environments Strong background in demand planning Experience with advanced planning systems (preferably OMP) and planning automation tools Exposure to digital tools, segmentation, and process simplification initiatives stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels Analytical and data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Knowledge of Agile or Lean methodologies and regulated industries (highly desirable) Day Rate : £450 p/d (Outside IR35) Location : Macclesfield (hybrid, to be reduced after induction) Duration : 12-month (possible extensions)
