We are now looking for a commercially minded Marketing & Brand Manager to take ownership of our digital presence, reputation management, and revenue-driving campaigns.
This is not a "content posting" role — it is a growth role.
The Role
You will be responsible for building demand, strengthening reputation, and increasing bookings across all three venues.
Key objectives:
* Increase weekly covers and midweek trade
* Strengthen Google review ratings and volume
* Improve brand perception online
* Launch and grow our bakery digitally
* Create structured marketing campaigns
Responsibilities Social & Content Strategy
* Create and manage a structured monthly content calendar
* Oversee high-quality photo/video shoots
* Produce engaging, conversion-focused social content
* Ensure brand consistency across all venues
* Showcase atmosphere, team personality, and food quality
Reputation Management
* Monitor and respond to Google reviews professionally
* Implement and manage review growth strategy
* Improve overall rating and review volume
* Identify and escalate operational feedback trend
Revenue & Campaign Strategy
* Develop campaigns to drive midweek bookings
* Promote high-margin dishes and events
* Support steakhouse positioning as premium local destination
* Plan and execute bakery launch marketing
* Cross-promote between venues strategically
Paid Advertising
* Run targeted Meta and Google ads
* Track ROI and booking conversion
* Manage modest ad budgets effectively
Customer Retention
* Build and grow email database
* Create simple but effective email campaigns
* Drive repeat visits and loyalty
What We're Looking For
We want someone who:
* Has experience in hospitality marketing
* Understands covers, spend per head, and margin
* Thinks commercially, not just creatively
* Is confident working directly with owners
* Can operate independently
* Understands local market dynamics
* Is proactive, not reactive
Bonus if you:
* Have worked with independent restaurants
* Have experience launching venues
* Understand Google My Business optimisation
* Are comfortable analysing performance metrics

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
