About your team:

About your role:
We need Service & Repair engineers to join our team of experienced Gas Engineers, ensuring customers receive help when needed. You'll play a pivotal role in our Service Promise—same-day fixes for customers. The base salary is £43,733, with an uncapped OTE of around £50,400 through our reward scheme. Representing British Gas in customers' homes, you'll support from managers, mentors, and colleagues. Experience across different boilers and heating systems is essential.
Here's what we're looking for:
* A focus on providing outstanding customer experience on every visit
* Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1) or equivalent in plumbing or heating
* At least 3 years of fault finding and diagnosis experience
* Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding on various boiler systems
