As a Key Account Manager, you will:
Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key accounts
Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
Analyse account performance and strategize for improvement
Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders
Report on account health and forecast future sales potential
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows 
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of the Manufacturing & Production industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
Full UK driving licence required 
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Experience in a leadership or mentoring role
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Understanding of market trends and competitive landscape 
Technologies:
CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Data analysis tools
