As a Digital Implementation Executive based in Warwick or Ripon, you'll be responsible for:
* Working closely with our B2B customers across the business to implement process improvements using our digital tools and services
* Forming and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and being their point of contact as you work to integrate with them via our digital solutions
* Proposing and implementing solutions for customers to enhance customer experience and improve customer loyalty once integrated
* Working closely with internal Sales and IT teams, adhering to agreed timelines and project plans
* Experience in a digital role/environment
* Experience with electronic file and data transfer methods and protocols (such as EDI, SFTP, or API) would be a valuable asset.
* Confidence in interacting with customers to build effective relationships
