We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team at the Royal Garden hotel on full-time basis.
As a Receptionist, you will be the friendly face our guests see when they first arrive at our hotel. Providing a warm welcome and anticipating guests needs will come as second nature to you, as will be your impressive multi-tasking skills.

As a Receptionist your Key Responsibilities are:
Greet guests upon arrival and check them in using the hotels reservation and booking system.
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Process payments and ensure accurate billing.
Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
Prepare reports and complete administrative tasks as required.
Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring the premises and maintaining accurate records.
Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
