I am looking for a sales support administrator to join a growing team based in Huntingdon. This role will focus on supporting account managers with processing orders and general sales administration so that they can focus on spending more time talking to customers.

What will you do in the sales support administrator Role?
Prepare and issue accurate quotations
Follow up quotes and enquiries to convert into sales
Processing sales orders
Support the sales team with day-to-day administration
Maintain and update CRM systems with customer data
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service
What we’re looking for
Experience in sales administration, internal sales, or customer service
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Confident communication and telephone manner
Proactive approach with the ability to use initiative
Good IT skills (Microsoft Office and CRM systems)
High attention to detail and accuracy
