The Role
The senior Learning & Development (L&D) Manager will work closely with the core HR team and department leaders to ensure that employees are given the best opportunity to succeed in this well-established firm.
Main Duties
* Develop a training framework for the firm
* Build robust training programmes to develop the entry level roles
* Work strategically with senior management to create and hit long-term goals
* Develop management training including soft skills
The Successful Candidate
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to work strategically whilst rolling your sleeves up. This is a stand alone role and an opportunity to build the L&D function, a can do attitude is essential. You will also need to be a proven L&D professional, ideally from a white collar or blue chip background.
What’s on offer?
The Senior L&D Manager role is pivotal to the business and comes with an attractive salary of £70-£80,000 and great benefits. The firm will also look at part time (4 days a week) and supports hybrid working, with the expectation to be in the office circa 60% of the time.
